School years and you.

The great thing about school is that they wait to teach us new ideas for 2 or three years each idea. It's currently unknown if this is a plot to make students lose patience or perhaps just a great effort to annoy. "If students learned things any faster their brains might blow" said Bill, a man who had been teaching for thirty-seven years, annoyance or not anyone might be tricked to believe that school is too long or some such strange idea by their delinquent peers. You shoulden't be fooled the length of time between ideas, it is for your own safety.

I can't erase it anymore
It follows me everywhere I go
It's like a mask that I don't want to wear anymore

I think I've found a way to let it go
But it's still too soon to know for sure
I'd give everything I am
To just feel somethin'

Can you feel that?

Scream! When the pressure breaks me
When it's too hard to see
When I feel like I'm at the end of my rope
One more time
Scream! When the fire burns me
When it's hard to break free
When I feel like I'm standin' on the edge
Of it all this time

I can't suppress it anymore
Here it comes like a flood
Just like before, when it rains, it pours
And I don't want to swim anymore

I think I've found a way to let it go
I don't know, I've never felt this way before
But with everything I am, I just let go...

You make me wanna scream...

It's not a joke
I've felt as messed up as you do
I've felt the feelings you've been feeling
Been through the same things
You've been through
And I know how hard it is
To feel like you're all alone
We've all been given a second chance
But the chance is all our own
(It was right in front of me...)

Scream by the band Thousand Foot Krutch (a.k.a. TFK) is a good example of a song that is both a poem and a song. One example of proof is the line "when it rains, it pours and I don't want to swim anymore." This is a great example of a hyperbole. the mood of the song set by the pain in his voice during part such as "I know how hard it is to feel like you're all alone." "When I feel like I'm at the end of my rope
One more time" is an example of a simile. An assonance in the song could be "Just like before, when it rains, it pours and i dont want to swin anymore." because all of the words which    "When the fire burns me" could be an example of figurative language because he doesn't mean a literal fire but rather a emotional pain.
"I'd give everything I am to just feel somethin'," could be considered an oxymoron because if you were to give everything you wouldent be able to feel anything

Similes

His eyes were vicious and cruel like a vulture who has just found his prey. Whenever someone would stop to talk to him he would verbally cut them down like an assassin cuts down his foes: quickly, efficiently, and permanently. Wherever he would go he could smell people who were lying like that superhero “The Man without Fear.” Consistently firing his revolver leaving piles of dead wherever he went. In some ways he looked and seemed like a python at times. He always wore a wide brimmed hat so the sun never got in his eyes. He was my friend whenever he felt like it and yet heartless as a carcass he would kill without a thought if I ever proved useless.

Assignment #5: College Application

Dear College Application readers.

A few of the things I do that make up my character have been. Eating a pizza, after wiping a town off the map by myself,  I went to the moon and set up some lights, there is no longer a dark side. I once was chocking on a hot dog while destroying Pluto, it is no longer large enough to be considered a planet. I once walked into Caroline, Alberta and painted all the houses in the town black, and to this very day remain unscathed. I once ate some ice cream whilst fighting deranged zombies and ended the zombie apocalypse while everyone was sleeping. I have a second personality that has started twelve wars with bloodbaths. Occasionally I have also made pancakes whilst I ate brains. I hate to fail. I hope to see the campus soon if you accept me, or perhaps I'll find you whilst you sleep if you don't.
                                                       Best hope you do.

Conversation

"I gotta go to the bathroom," said Billy anxiously, "There's a hole over there, perfect."
"Ahhh," He sighed with relief. He then heard to his surprise the sound of another man relieving himself.
"Nice place to leave your waste isn't it," stated the man. His name was... Henry McBilly Billy thought to himself.
Henry grunted painfully as Billy asked, "Constipated?"
        "Indeed."
        "That's never fun."
"It is sometimes," Said Henry strangely.
"How," Billy exclaimed, "could it be fun?"

A long time ago...

Once apon a time, in unfair Salinas where we lay our scene where blood came to a boil as Curley's wife didn't have a prayer as her neck was snapped like a toothpick by Lennie. Lennie then fled the scene of the crime off and running to the woods as George covered his back by stopping Curley in his tracks fighting him.
Curley said "you can't beat me you must be drunk as a skunk to believe that..."

George replies "you never know ill you try" and lashes out like a berserk monkey striking Curley where it hurts.

Curley yells in rage "Your dead now, Say your prayers" and strikes George in the stomach with a low punch, George doubled over coughing up a lung. curley lashes out striking the back of his head with his elbow striking him down.

Assignment 1: Super Power

The superpower that i would choose would be seldom thought of but very useful. the power i would choose would definitely be speed reading i choose it for it is very useful. The reason why i would choose that over others is simply the fact that it is more entertaining for as long as there is something to be read i can read it. It may seem dull compared to flying or strength but in a book you can fly if your imagination can keep up. Oh the places that you'll see oh the places you'll go in a book its all possible in real life if you were to fly you would be seen as something of a freak and people would want to bring you in for testing to see how you do it. Thats why speed reading is great and thats why its mine.
